Context
OpenOPC (HKUDS/OpenOPC) is an AI-native company orchestration platform. I wanted a reproducible deployment that runs every supported agent CLI in one place.
What I built
- Multi-stage Dockerfile and Compose setup with bind mounts under
./data/for host filesystem access. - Entrypoint script that seeds configuration and patches environment variables at start-up.
- Four agent CLIs integrated: Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and Cursor Agent.
- Documentation: an install guide (
INSTRUCTIONS.md) and a user guide (OPENOPC_USER_GUIDE.md) so others can adopt and reproduce it.
Status
Deployed end to end; source is private and available to walk through in an interview.
